In addition to our management capabilities, MK Companies has the ability to self-perform portions of the project. Our trades include selective demolition, interior metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings and case work ( fixtures) installation, and certified applicator for Dryvit, Senergy, Sto and Parex systems (E.I.F.S.). Self performance keeps overall project costs down by saving sub contractor markup costs and increasing MK Companies ability to control and manage the project, while upholding long lasting relationships with each of our clients.
